Authorized use
Floodborn is intended for authorized administrators and training staff. You are responsible for using the portal only for approved training, learner management, reporting, and operational tasks.
Account access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share access with anyone else. Your organization may review access and activity to protect training records, content, and learner data.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, contact your Floodborn administrator. Your administrator will verify the request and handle deletion in line with your organization's training record and data retention policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to training operations.
